You may not know me but I am currently dealing with Annami with regards to interest in property in St Helena Bay.

Over the weekend I dealt with various agents in search of the right buy. I met with Annami in response to a property she is advertising. I arrived in St Helena after 2pm on Saturday and called her without prior notification of my arrival. Annami did not hesitate to meet with me. She was informative and extremely helpful. I am also an estate agent and later that day I attempted calling other agents who also has property advertised. Some answered reluctantly and some did not bother to answer. In Sunday I met with other qualified agents and I can certainly state none of them delivered an approach that wowwed me. Annami certainly did that and I have to say that should I not buy from her today, I certainly would want to deal with her in future. I just cannot believe that she delivered an outstanding service on the day at short notice and the seasoned experienced agents could not deliver or beat her high level of service. For this I take my hat off to her. She has indeed impressed me and I stirringly feel that you and your partners must know this.

The process of acquiring our home with the assistance of an estate agent was certainly a pleasant and personal experience. We have heard so many stories of estate agents just wanting to make a sale and not really interested in the needs of the client. This was certainly not the case with you. You made our journey pleasant in the sense that we did not have to phone and ask what the next step in the process was.

When we bought our first property, we had no estate agent and the process took almost 6 months. With you it took us 3 months!!! You made everything seem so easy. And don’t get me started on the bond approval process. With our first property we had to go to the banking institutions ourselves which in any case proved to be in vain as none of them got back to us. This time around we only had to complete the forms, submit it to you to do the rest and within less than a week we had bond approvals from various banking institutions. Your constant communication on where in the process or what to expect next was very helpful and appreciated. We can honestly say you were with us every step of the way. We commend your communication style, professionalism and negotiation skills – you had to at any given time satisfy 3 parties and ensure a win-win situation. Furthermore, your word is your word – you ensured that all conditions agreed to in terms of repairs/renovations to our new house were actioned and kept us in the loop with pictures, which we of course appreciated.

We can definitely not complain about the service you rendered. To top it all we did not expect the lovely welcome gift that was waiting at our new home. Thank you once again for a job well done and know that we will certainly recommend you to friends, family and colleagues.

My name is Ray-Ann Gertse and i am a newly home owner thanks to the sole efforts of Mrs Nathalie Smith-Apollos. I have been struggling for a year and half and i got a referral from Mr Glenn Steenberg who was a previously client of Mrs Smith-Apollos and i was advise to seek help from her , little did i know i would be a home owner after a couple of month of knowing her .

I gave Mrs Smith- Apollos a call as a stranger seeking advise on buying a house and was blown away first at her willingness to help on merely advising me and impressed with the professionalism she bestow on me . She didn't just advise me she went into great detail regarding OTP, bond approval, how to pay of a bond quicker and all aspects of owning a home , which as a nervous first time buyer i greatly appreciated . The thing with Mrs Smith- Apollos is that she doesn't just sell the house she sells you a home , because she looks at the person first before she looks at the sale and having dealt with a few other agents Nathalie Smith- Apollos was indeed a breathe of fresh air.

Mrs Smith - Apollos is a very confident, determined and goal orientated agent that gives you the facts so you will make an informed decision. I would like to point out the selflessness of Mrs Smith - Apollos that i will never forget , I have made an OTP on a previous house , but the councel i had at the time was not as helpful as one would hope . I phoned Nathalie for guidance and she took me through the whole process from beginning to end , not only did she take me through the process , but what she didn't know was that during that brief 5 days i grew as a person with regards to confidence . The house wasn't meant for me but the exposure i got having put down an offer on the house was priceless.

All of this above mentioned events lead to Nathalie phoning me one day asking if i wanted to come view a house and here i am owner of my own house .

I would just like to thank Nathalie for her professionalism , kind heart and no nonsense attitude . I would gladly refer anyone looking for a home to Nathalie as i know they will be in good hands , cause Nathalie sells homes not HOUSES.
